Big Pot in the Little Pot

It almost Turkey Day. Nessa, Chris and the kiddos will be here sometime tomorrow evening. We are so excited we can hardly stand it. I'm trying to get all of my laundry and house cleaning done today and tomorrow. I want to be able to enjoy the visit. Emily and I are gonna start baking and cooking tomorrow. I have to work 1\2 a day. That's Okay. We are gonna make orange fluff, 2 pecan pies, 2 pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving dinner. Then we are gonna make sausage rolls for breakfast. They are the best.
Ingredients:
1 pkg of mild sausage
1 pkg of hot sausage
2 cans crescent rolls

Mix 1 pkg of hot and 1pkg. of mild room temp. sausage together
Roll out crescent rolls
Spread thin layer of sausage onto crescent roll
Roll into tube
Wrap in cellophane and then tin foil
Freeze

To cook :
Follow directions on crescent wrapper.
(the reason you use a thin layer of sausage is so it will still cook the sausage and not burn the crescent)
Serve w\eggs and you have a nice hot easy breakfast.
You can also use them as appetizers.

I could eat them on a daily basis. Hopefully Chris won't read the ingredients on the sausage package. (I'll make sure it's long gone)

Cate is sleeping thru the night again,finally..... but now Emily was up late last night . She is having growing pains. Her joints hurt in her arms, hands and legs. She was in tears. The only thing we can do is alternate Tylenol and IBU and use hot pads. I laid w\her in her bed until 1 a.m. She was crying in her sleep. You feel so helpless. She did this last year and grew 4 in. in 5 months. I wish she would grow a little at a time not all at once.
